Attention internet spaceship pilots!

CCP FoxFour is here with another Dev Blog to tell you about how we're going to put even more control over manufacturing in the hands of capsuleers.

You can read all about how we'll be removing more items from the NPC market and allowing them to be player created in the latest Dev Blog here.

Will packaged containers be able to be placed inside containers?

Does this mean we're sticking it to the NPC man?

Will we be able to assemble a station container in a POS CHA for audit logging etc?

I don't see why not.
To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,  out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set as the rest of the player base.

To tell you the truth I didn't test that but I actually don't think it will work. We probably check it by group so no matter if it is packaged or not it won't. I will ask about making it happen though.

Approximate based on market prices of minerals at the time I estimated it.

This is good; however, makes me wonder if you're designing new ISK sinks. Or maybe you're going to cut down dramatically on ISK faucets?
Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Please Please Please pretty pretty please allow us to put the station container in a POS CHA.

The Wormholers are going to LOVE you, even if we have to bring a freighter in - it would still be amazingly wonderful to have an audit trail.

unspectacular, but a cool change

i actually remember mentioning the missing BPOs for these in a forum thread long time ago. now i can persuade myself that CCP has implemented one of my suggestions. good times

Can you please add non-Secure Huge and Giant containers to the game? I use Giants for sorting my stuff, e.g. if I have a station I use as a mission base or mining base, but for that purpose I don't need the added expense of Secure containers. Non-Secure ones will suffice. Yet these don't exist in the game.

Please fix this oversight.

i really hope that CCP will increase the (highsec) market tax and the (highsec) costs for industrial lines in the winter expansion to take some ISK out of the game. and help lowsec and nullsec industry

They can just make the cost for Research/Production lines dynamic. That won't only benefit nullbears, but will also make it more sensible to utilise one's high-sec POS for production purposes.

there are too many slots in highsec to make a dynamic system work

that might work for research slots, but not for manufacturing

I think it should work too, but that does not mean CCP made it happen. CCP FoxFour, did you?
