Why my ticket is deleted?

OK, if your "bug reports" are anything like as clear and easy to follow as your information in this thread no wonder no-one can help you...

What the hell possessed you to post a load of info on a cargo "bug" when asked to give more details about a very vague "my petition vanished" complaint?!

Not understanding how something works =/= it is broken.

Launcher being busted during a patch is a genuine support issue, OP needs to go submit a ticket and BE PATIENT and await a response.

By the way, unless you opened a ticket in August about your cargo hold expander issue, there is no bug report.

No Ticket = No Bug Report.

Again, I submitted a report this morning, about launcher doesn work.
This morning, not August.
About launcher stuck, not about cargo.
It showed me TT# 8 digits or so, then I closed the page.
Now admin says I did not submit at all.
Fine, this is not going nowhere anyway.

Less self entitlement would have made you google around,
which would have told you to try and run repair.exe,
which you should do now.

Kid, you're the one who brought up the whole cargo crap when asked for details, no wonder people are confused.

All the support tickets I've sent have had 23 digits (3 groups of 8-7-8, alphanumeric not just numbers), not just 8, so I dunno what you submitted or where... but it looks like it wasn't an actual ticket on an actual Eve website.

Do what the GM said hours ago - send it again, give as much clear detail as possible, and be patient.

I can now confirm we have received your ticket. With the help of our of the QA team it has been located. One of my colleagues who works in the Technical ticket queue will pick it up when its turn comes. There may be a delay and as such you have our apologies.
