you have done the drone blog twice here... also what happened too round 2 of drone changes fozzie said he was working on?

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

That was on purpose. The limitation on drone assist to 50 drones at a time is not directly related to the drone rebalancing. Therefore I have two entries: one for the assist limitation, one of the drone rebalance.

i fail too see the point of linking the same dev blog twice ....

The limit on drone assist was in Rubicon 1.3, over two months ago. Furthermore, the dev blog you linked has nothing to do with it.

Couple things are still messed up:

Using Look at cuts out when a ship get the command to try to go to warp instead of when it actually enters warp.(might be as intended.)

Chat is jumping to the bottom of the list if you go to another channel and switch back and are not at the top to begin with.

NES store does not work cleanly with dual monitors. Does not offset. Really needs a loading icon to show when all the icons have finished loading or allow a search before icon loading is over.

From patch notes:
"Combat drones now have longer optimal ranges, attack ranges and orbit ranges, with Amarr and Caldari drones operating at longer range than Minmatar and Gallente."

Seems like they did follow through with the 2nd iteration that was promised.

Well, the others is nice, But I really don't like the idea that CCP take Vindi's Luncher points

Some one will say:"Hey what is the matter? there is no body use lunchers on vindi anyway!"

But I just want the possibilty that Vindi can mount on lunchers, it is a G/M mixed bloodtype

BS, so I like the idea that M's Ship can mount on either gun or lunchers.



this is FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I know that Vindi with luncher is a ****.

But if I want to do it, that is it.

Why CCP take the player's Freedom while mount luncher on a vindi will not OP in PVE

and will not get any easy kill in PVP?

Everything is low-sec, low-sec, low-sec, low-sec, oh Prospect - take it out to ninja mine in low sec.

Except that.. with the upcoming changes to Industry, whatever ore you ninja mine from lowsec, is going to end up right back in null, for reprocessing. Not much of a prospect on that one, is there?

That's the one thing on that list that can remotely qualify as a high sec, niche gameplay element. Take you out of your comfort zone into lowsec, and probably lose the ship, but hey it's something new. However, I'm not very excited anymore about it, knowing what is about to hit in Crius. And by that, I'm referring to the refining nerf.

Rubicon had some minor versions of its specific sites for high sec, something new for high sec players to experience and fiddle with for a few weeks. However minor the drops, it was something. Some acknowledgement we exist. This expansion has absolutely nothing like that. Or do you suppose you can convert us all into lowsec dwellers over night?

I'm glad lowsec is getting attention, they needed some more dynamics going on in their space, and that's pretty great, don't get me wrong. But I get a sinking feeling that highsec is increasingly fading off the map in the balance of the three clusters (high, low and null).

Where is the high sec content?

You added some timers on nanite repairing of modules in space:

- Fixes were made to module repair with paste to make sure the time spent on repair was always reflected in the repaired amount.

- Progress of a module repair with Nanite Repair Paste will now show on the module by "eating up" the damage displayed on the module.

Do you still intend to allow modules to become broken;
a module burns out and is automatically offlined plus using a repair shop is the only way to repair broken modules ?
