[118.8 - SEPTEMBER] HAW CPU Tweaks

Hi Space Friends,

For the September release we're considering tweaking the CPU numbers for High Angle Weapons.

We have two reasons for this:
  1. Conform with the standards of Subcapital weaponary (lower DPS, higher tracking guns have lower CPU/PWG requirements).
  2. Help out the Avatar with CPU usage a little.

High Angle Weapons:
  • Quad Mega Pulse Laser I : 72 (-28)
  • Modulated Compact Quad Mega Pulse Laser : 65 (-25)
  • Anode Scoped Quad Mega Pulse Laser : 72 (-28)
  • Afocal Precise Quad Mega Pulse Laser : 72 (-28)
  • Modal Enduring Quad Mega Pulse Laser : 72 (-28)
  • Quad Mega Pulse Laser II : 80 (-30)
  • Dark Blood Quad Mega Pulse Laser : 65 (-25)
  • True Sansha Quad Mega Pulse Laser : 65 (-25)
  • Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon I : 95 (-20)
  • Regulated Compact Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon : 85 (-18)
  • Modal Enduring Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon : 95 (-20)
  • Limited Precise Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon : 95 (-20)
  • Anode Scoped Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon : 95 (-20)
  • Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon II : 104 (-22)
  • Shadow Serpentis Triple Neutron Blaster Cannon : 85 (-18)
  • Quad 800mm Repeating Cannon I : 50 (-20)
  • Compact Carbine Quad 800mm Repeating Cannon : 45 (-18)
  • Scout Scoped Quad 800mm Repeating Cannon : 50 (-20)

Have you considered looking at the range on these weapons as well? There range can be somewhat significantly shorter, and I'm not sure that that's entirely necessary.

Seems reasonable.

Now if only smaller guns on sub-caps were as good against small targets as HAWs are... WTB smaller sig resolution on downsize subcap guns!

A very welcome change! The Avatar will still be a pain in the ass to fit, but at least the HAW fit will be easier than it was before.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

When you look at launchers, can you make them not burn out in 2 cycles even with thermo 5? That would be greaaat.

Can we have more choice for min/max courier contract length? 1 day is a very long minimum time if you want someone moving urgenetly.
