So hypothetically if one does not use injectors or implants, how long would it take to train to max all the available skills for an alpha clone?

A simple estimate:

Optimal training:
((27 primary + 0 implant) + (21 secondary + 0 implant) / 2) * 30 = 1125 SP/hour
5 million SP / 1125 SP per hour / 24 hours per day = 185 days

Slowest training:
((17 primary + 0 implant) + (17 secondary + 0 implant) / 2) * 30 = 765 SP/hour
5 million SP / 765 SP per hour / 24 hours per day = 272 days

Cybernetics 3 limits Alphas to using +3 "Basic" implants, so:

Optimal:
((27 primary + 3 implant) + (21 secondary + 3 implant) / 2) * 30 = 1350 SP/hour
5 million SP / 1350 SP per hour / 24 hours per day = 154 days

Slowest training:
((17 primary + 3 implant) + (17 secondary + 3 implant) / 2) * 30 = 765 SP/hour
5 million SP / 765 SP per hour / 24 hours per day = 231 days

Of course not all skills can be optimally trained (I recommend attributes 23i 21p 21m 17w 17c but I've not put all the skills into a plan and tried to optimize it).

Thanks for the info... Dont get me wrong I appreciate the effort you put forth, but that does not answer the question much.

That is because your question does not have a straight answer. Remaps and implants have a large effect on training times. And no two people are going to use those things in exactly the same way. Even the order you train the skills matters. Going for Science 3 > Cybernetics 1 right off the bat is technically the most optimal but that leaves you with nothing useful (ie: fun/money making) trained while you are working on it. And it also assumes that you have the ISK to plug in a set of +3's right off the bat, something most new players won't have. And then there are the skill book costs to consider.

Three remaps isn't enough to optimally train every single skill that an Alpha clone has access to as there are more than three main/secondary stat combos. The two main ones are int/mem and per/will, but drones are mem/per and navigation is int/per. Then you have the social skills with cha/int and the industry and mining skills with mem/int. And finally the trade skills are a mix of will/cha and cha/mem. Since you can only train three of those 8 groups at optimal speed you have to make some choices about what you want to get the fastest. Since none of the categories are exactly the same size your choice will affect the overall training time.

Additionally going for that sort of min/max training style on a new character is a bad idea to begin with as new characters need diverse training to allow you to start being effective at whatever you like to do in EVE. Min/max focused training a new character may yield optimal results eventually but you won't have much fun while you are waiting for the pay off as your focused training will leave you lacking in many important areas until you have had time to shift focus a few times.

Tau's recommendations on attributes is good advice. Don't worry about min/max'ing your training times until you have a solid foundation of skills to build on, preferably not until you are playing an omega clone and are ready to start taking many skills to 5. Make a plan in EVEMon covering the skills for what you want to do in EVE and then see about optimizing that. Don't try and optimally plan out every single skill an alpha clone can train, you just don't need them all.

He pretty much exactly answered your question actually.

If you take it easy and don't log in every time a skill has less than 24 hours left to learn half a year to max alpha skills is to be expected.

Evemon says Amarr takes to complete with:

Standard Map and no Implants - 93:22:40:10
26 Perp, 22 Mem (Optimal) - 87:18:16:52

+3 Imps shaves another 12 days off the Non optimized option but i cant seem to get Evemon to use both at the same time. Assuming 75+ days
