Does anyone have the details on the warp scram you get when you first aggress a citadel ? I believe its 15 seconds long. I am not talking about the Standup Warp Scrambler I. I believe its just an automatic system inherit to the citadel ? Anyone know the stats on it like range and strength and what not ?

Unsure on strength and range, but it's gonna happen every time you reload not just first aggression Pirate

yeah they auto point you whenever you agrees them,
definitely not a scram, mwd and mjd will still work .
i think the range is its full 250 engagement envelope.
i do not know what strength though, it being automatic though would incline me to think its only one though.
dosent last long , maby 20-30s at most

It's a point, and I think it's there so that people cannot bomb the people that are at the citadel. Since when you launch a bomb, you get insta-pointed, and thus the enemy fleet can lock you up and kill you.
I'm not exactly sure if it occurs when you launch a bomb since I never tried, but heard so from my corpmates.
