Sooo.. Cyno jammers are useless now since they can simply cyno in next door and jump through gates? I don't think allowing capitals to use gates is a good idea.

This somewhat increases their force projection after nerfing it.

I wanna ******* see a cap fleet jump into a camped gate. Please Sweet Space Jesus let someone try this.

Its going to be us. We're going to do this and we're going to lose an entire cap fleet doing so.

    Hello Guys,

I apologize for not being able to follow the discussion closely and read all the comments. If my question is already answered I ask for excuse one more time.

In the early stage of the research dev blogs, there was an idea for compensation of some sort for the ones that own highly researched BPOs. Is there final conclusion for that, is there going to be some sort of compensation and if yes, how is it going to be processed.

    Thank You.

    no one?
c'mon guys, devs, little lost green alines... :)

After a *lot* of discussion, we came to the conclusion that, for a number of reasons, we are not going to be enacting any form of compensation. There's a lot of things feeding into this decision, including the strong precedent it sets, the fact that no functional value is lost, and the work involved in a one-time compensation deal that could be spent on polishing up the features we're shipping. We understand that some people will be unhappy about this, and we empathize with that, but we have to weigh everyone's interests equally and we believe in this case that the best thing for the game as a whole is to convert blueprints to the new system as previously described but not make any additional changes in this area.

I think I love you so what am I so afraid of?

So, I spent years grinding empire standings, a big part of the reason why, was so I could put up a POS on my high sec alt.

Whats the point of spending time grinding empire standing now?

CCP please don't make our years worth of standing useless!

I hate to break it to you but literally all the time spent in EVE is worthless

    - T2 BPO proxy-nerf. The changes are not explicitly targeted at T2 BPOs, but we're also not currently minded to do anything to prop up the value of T2 BPOs given that we're contemplating significant changes to them in the future anyway.

Provi is mostly populated and its the shittest space in the whole of Eve. It's not the space that's the problem, it's the blue dohnut, the renting concept and the unenlightened blue-dohnut attitude towards other players who "aren't one of us" that's the problem.

Providence is **** space that no one outside of Amarr roleplayers has ever cared about but it has one advantage: location

To survive in 0.0 you need two things. Supercaps(or friends with supercaps) and most importantly, logistics. Logistics into Providence is hella easy whereas someone living in Omist should just shoot themselves

The edge is REALLY hard to see at times but it DOES exist and in this case we were looking at a situation where a new feature created for all of our customers was being virtually curbstomped by five of them
