Pretty hard to track, so probably not.

Everyone knows it was the evil Goons trying to get an advantage in the Delve war though so...

I don't care about Goons either way but everyone hatin' on dem should run through this vid a couple of times and in particular how they came to be in that region up there in the NW whose name escapes me. Because, surprise surprise, Goons did not always sit on Tech.

All those people who are always yapping on about how Goons are OP with all their Tech income should do what Goons did. I. e. look at the map, say "nice region... we'll take it!" and then, well, take it.

    Goons didnt.

GSF did, and they are a very different organisation than the original goons.

I dont mean this as an anti goon post at all, just pointing it out.

Care to qualify this at all? I mean I'm pretty sure that although the corp name has changed a couple of times, they're still the same people.

    The Vote

Should Mine Teck be treated as a member of the New Order family in good standing?

[ ] YES, he probably paid for mining permits to begin with, and he has already been through enough of an ordeal.

[ ] NO, he is an impenitent Code violator, resistance communications network backbone, and he should be ganked and/or bumped on sight as is proper under the Code.

[ X ] He can run where he's highest when he picks up STRAWBERRY.

    [ ] ABSTAIN.

Unless, of course, one of the major coalitions splinters from within, giving the other a clear and decisive advantage.

I have little doubt that if the CFC suddenly went **** up and split into 15 different smaller alliances all bickering with one another, the HBC would jump on that like a fat kid on cake. And vice versa - leadership would be silly not to.

Apparently you've been under a rock lately.

HBC is falling apart. Montolio (leader of TEST) has stepped down, some of the corps are fighting over who gets what, and the new leadership is making sweeping changes to try and fix it all. If CFC was really interested in beating HBC out of existence, now would be the perfect time to inflict some serious damage.

Except they're not. Because, yanno, RMT.

Confirming that Montolio betrayed us, Dreddit is planning to leave TEST, Fras Siabi is The Mittani's alt, Sort makes over $100/month in RMT and all members of the HBC hate each other.

It's not like it was a secret that CSMs have to agree to sign an NDA; indeed, it's pretty much the whole point of the CSM that they work with NDA material.

James' point was that CCP now gets to decide who is allowed to attend their meetings, so there's a good chance that he'll get NDA'd and still not be able to meaningfully contribute to the CSM.

Not that I approve, but that's his reasoning.

    Characters =/= players
Scouts, traders, haulers and logistics (some or all of them alts of Low-sec/Null-sec/WH players) count against the total.

No, they don't. The fact that almost all nullsec players have alts in highsec indicates that there's something wrong with the balance between nullsec and highsec.

    Asuri Kinnes wrote:
Because ganking is the only pvp in hi-sec Roll

It's one of the major ones, and decreasing ganking means that PvP overall has decreased a lot. The other two mainstream forms of PvP are duels (lol) and wardecs, which leaves quite a lot of room for improvement.

evidence #3 is the same for hi and null sec miners (and possibly low-sec miners as well).

    a) That depends on where you are in nullsec.
    b) Doesn't mean that highsec isn't broken, it just suggests that both highsec and nullsec need alterations in that regard.

Join the New Order to fix both of those issues! As well as quality night classes in space-lawyering, the New Order offers high-standard smacktalk practical tutorials, whenever, wherever. The New Order is also a perfect place to make friends! How better to bond with a group of people than by sharing killmails and exploding your Catalysts at the same time?
