Your anonymity is probably not even necessary considering the slack nature of most corporation's recruitment standards.

I, too, made this terrible mistake. I'm hoping that if I just leave it I'll eventually log in.

Maybe you should read my whole post aggain and not just last sentence Idea

I was responding to the OP, sorry :(

Ahem, edit: As for your post.

You can't buff null enough to make it better than high without either breaking the game or nerfing high a bit first. As has been said many times.

Unless you want nullsec refining and manufacturing to just create minerals out of thin air, I guess.

the united killed my noobship and almost-clean pod once, I was pretty mad, we should camp Rancer for endless boring hours.

  • Kill Rights problem and suggestion in EVE Gameplay Center

I picked the wrong patch to take up ganking after. My killrights now make Minmatar highsec a very, very interesting place.

    CCP should nerf killrights.

P.S: I didn't see the point to this thread so I half-heartedly trolled it, am I doing it right?

Do you have any idea how awesome that sounds?

I can already picture the removal of CONCORD. The factions decide that they can no longer trust CONCORD to police their systems, and withdraw funding, causing them to become far less potent. Meanwhile, criminals are now hunted down by NPC and PC militia, actively in highsec, but also patrolling in lowsec, with rewards handed out to people who hunt down criminals. Faction warfare escalates to include the conquest of 0.7 and lower systems, with CONCORD as it is today only operating in 0.7 and above, and steadily being cut back further in future patches. Highsec is less safe, but the presence of - destructible - NPC police makes it at least much safer than lowsec.

    Oh yah, so awesome Roll

I just can't wait to have "police" show up in my level 4 mission and start shooting me because I didn't pay them a "tax" to be able to mission in a 0.7 system.

Which is when the NPC militia (which would of course be improved) rocks up to smack them (which it should be able to do unless they're pretty organized), they take serious faction standing hits, and get booted from the faction militia if they're in it and violating the law in their faction's space.

give the militia guys a button on their UI that will warp them to any aggression on their vicinity.

make different types of aggression allow calling militia guys from different distances, if a system is under a lot of ganking allow militia from all the region to rain down on the pirates.

make militia factions reward LP for police actions, make pirate factions reward LP for pirate actions on systems they randomly mark as targets.

oh, and remove CONCORD, or reduce them to be some kind of emergency response ships that spawn on aggression doing some light reps on the aggressed and on the militia guys.

and finally change militia, so instead of a permanent commitment its a weekly "tour" at the end of the week you can go for another week or drop and go back to where you were before. maybe trow in a weekly increase in LP gains, maybe +5% per week, staking.

anyway, removing concord from one day to the other would be a bad idea, it has to be a gradual change over a year or so.

And when the player militia inevitably decides it likes ruling high-sec and turns to piracy, using its power to control everyone instead of just criminals?

    Down, you dirty proles! Down!

But seriously - proveldtariat? That's a monstrosity of a creation, couldn't you have just used "proletariat"? I mean, sure, it's less EVE-themed, but at least it's easily pronounced.

My commendation for actually doing something that didn't involve whining to CCP and petitioning bumpers, though.

Hehe not to mention the lag cutting comment comes from a member of Eve University.

The very same people who sent 4 destroyers, 2 battleships, an interceptor and a Battlecruiser to chase my lone Rifter after I stole from one of their wrecks. Think of what THAT does for lag!

Pretty sure they had hotdroppers and several carrier groups waiting on standby in the nearby low-sec system in case you fled down one of the pipes toward null.

Always have Carriers on standby within jump range ~ Sun Tzu

  • Crimewatch is Rubbish in EVE Gameplay Center

Yes, it's all about nerfing your precious high-sec griefing, isn't it, OP?

Actually, no. The thing is that these sweeping changes are less about improving safety and more about reducing lag. Before, the server had to handle thousands of calculations about who had aggression or kill rights on who. Now, you gain a flag that simply allows anyone to shoot you, thus cutting down the number of required calculations immensely.
