Yes, bullying. Just as you despise slavery, we despise depravity and running around naked in public, showing as much skin as people in the Republic do. Imagine us declaring war on Republic and invading, killing underdressed people, catching other and forcibly putting clothes on them. That's the same what Republic does to Amarr Empire with slavery.

    RUNNING AROUND NAKED RULZ!!!!

Our body is holy, for we should be proud of it. :D

I'd prefer to call to STOP HYPOCRISY AND STOP BULLYING.
    1. Amarr slavery is an INTERNAL matter of Amarr Empire. Anyone who tries to fight the Empire becuase of their internal business are just freaking BULLIES, who shall be destroyed without mercy and regret.
    2. While in the Amarr Empire slavery is legal, there exist some illegal slavery groups. And one of the largest illegal slavery groups resides in the Minmatar space and consists of Minmatar citizen. It has a name of Angel Cartel. While Minmatar try to fight slavery in other empires forgetting about their own, it is an outrageous example of hypocrisy.

Stop minmatars! Stop illegal slavery by Angel Cartel.

Oh, and also, fighting for freedom is a lunacy and fanatism. Disgusting.

I recovered an ancient relic from old times, called human rights declaration. It states all freedoms an rights of our race. Amarr society is breaking those rights. The only way I allow slavery is if slaves actually want to be slaves.

Minmatar Republic is against angel cartel as well... it's only a matter of time to cleanse our space from those slavers too ... and as you are from Caldary State, you should know better about hypocrisy.

Bullin you say ... dont make me laugh.

Amarr is broken, Faith is broken ... The empire is doomed ... It's old glory will be never restored... no matter how many capsuleers you are able to convince of your cause...

Freedom and Liberty will be never defeated ...

The only reason Amarr was allowed to take systems is because economic balance was broken and Minmatar required a devaluation of their lp store. This was only reason why crappy pilots and lame dictators were allowed to move in Minmatar space.

    Nothing else...

No matter how strong you say your faith is, it will be never be as strong as Freedom and Liberty.

This civil war is only an excuse weak people give...

if you are trully faith belivers, fu****ing dialog with your pathetic corporations, get together and plan a true siege...

  • Implementing Custom SKINs in EVE Technology and Research Center

To CCP GM and Moderators. Sorry about the triple posting. I didnt saw this post before.

    Now:

This is easier than some people think. Do you know how logos work?. Players develop a logo and send it to CCP so its implemented. For the SKINs could be the exact same procedure. CCP would implement skins for the players at an aurum cost of just plex or real money.

This solves all the problems below. Of course it requires a dialog line between the corporation that is soliciting the SKINs.

This gives CCP more work, but it will have a cost behind. Price of course will be player based in case corps decide to sell their skins.

Sadly for Hello Kity skin, they cant be trademarks. They need to be original from player design.

    Cheers

  • Personalized - Super Kerr-Induced Nanocoatings in EVE Technology and Research Center

    Hello there
    o7

My name is Ragged. I'm an old Faction Warfare dog that enjoy the salt and tear of my enemies. I know Super Kerr-Induced Nanocoatings are been developed by giant factions and np corporations. I also know CCP has never allowed to produce SKINs specially for new players.

As we all saw, many great out of the common SKINs pictures are circulating around, like the hello kity armaggedon. Anyways, I would love to see CCP allowing players to create or inspire SKINs for a price. Probably isk, aura or plexes. Another option could be in game events, alliance tournaments, mega construction projects.

Wouldnt be amazing see some of the old great biggest corporation flying fleets with their own skins?. I in particular would like to see Ushra-Khan's minmatar greatest corporation use their emblemic red and grey/black. Reference: https://image.eveonline.com/Alliance/1966049571_128.png . Skins for corporations dont need to be for all the ships, they dont need to have complicated patterns, I imagine that two to four colours are more than enough, besides the logo in a side of a ship.

I have no idea how hard is to make skins available but CCP Icipher encouraged me to discuss here in the forums with the community.

A SKIN has no effect whatsoever on the ships, but it can be used to spice camaraderie within alliances, so on.

friends capsuleers, which one is your opinion?

    Cheers!

  • Remove Anti-Main-Faction Missions in Council of Stellar Management

I would vote to keep missions standings like they are right now because they reflect the conflict of new eden but I would add a warning in the mission description or a separate notification about the standings drop.

It was an usual patrol over the war zone to control the corrupt Amarr pilot numbers. A pretty standard fleet accompanied by Jaguars and Scalpels as logistic support are a strong match for any size ship up to battleships. Fast and deadly ... The patrol started slow as usual, not many targets for our brave Minmatar Pilots. Most active pilots are usually criminals and pirate dwellers that lurk in the shadows and prey on the weak. They usually hide when our patrol undock from station.

After some hours our fleet commander decided to visit a system infested of filthy slavers. There are usually some arrogant pilots that show off they fancy cruisers and bring a nice engagement to enrich and train our new members. So there we are, just observing carefully the situation when some Amarr slaver decide to show up a Proteus which of course is a delicious piece of equipment to offer to Bob. Careless and eager to engage our fleet, the confrontation took place at a Stargate. As expected from a Gallente design the Proteus shows an impressive armor tank and powerful blows form blasters, that accumulate pressure over the rust of our hulls. The Scalpel, a fantastic recently introduced logistic frigate, speed tanking using it's low signature and fast design allowed our fleet to tank the incoming damage with shield boosters and high resistances from tech II hulls. As the Engagement swings in our favor, the Amarrian pilot calls a Guardian as logistic support. Immediately gets aggression by our fleet and after throwing some repairs on the desperate for blood Proteus disengages and jumps though the Stargate. As this strategy is obviously not going to work. they call a Loki. A magnificent Minmatar platform for webifiers that may potentially slow down our frigates and increase the incoming damage. This strategy starts to work but our logistics manage to keep up with the increasing heat. This also increases the pressure over now three Amarr pilots (Proteus, Guardian, Loki).

As the slavers slowly start to break down and lose ground in the engagement a fourth pilot appears, another Loki. At this point we might disengage and leave the fight but wait............... this pilot is not with them, as they unleash hell over him... in a fast decision we decide to apply the remove shield boosters on this 3rd party. After some minutes of engagement we realize the pilot belong to a well known Criminal organization that have been absent from the warzone for a time now........

.... suddenly a Cynosural field blasts and several capital ships appear ... As terror and panic spreads through the Amarr pilots they decide to bring a Phoenix to counter the criminals. At this point our fleet disengages and pulls distance while we see in the distance a Titan. More precisely a Ragnarok. That instantaneously evaporate the Amarrian phoenix with a doomsday weapon. Shortly a second Amarrian phoenix appears on field only to witness it's own doom....

    Our patrol continues ....
    .... death to Amarr

  • Training up for FW and small ship pvp - Turrets or launchers? in EVE Gameplay Center

    Hi all,

I will be training myself to be competent in small ship (frig/destroyer) combat for FW or regular pvp.

I will most of the time be flying solo, and am debating if I should take the turret route with support skills, or the missile/rocket route.

From personal perspective I am considering missiles/rockets as it is something I have yet to try.
However, looking through ships it seems somewhat limitting.. And while I'd like to try something else, I'd also like to be competitive..

Any suggestions, fits, important skills that might be overlooked?
Can I get anywhere with about 2milSP, or is that cutting close?

    Thanks!

if you heading the rockets/missiles path you want both!. With rockets you can brawl and with missiles you can kite. That's their purpose.

More important than the weapons itself is the skills to support this weapon system. Be sure to be fast when using missiles and strong when using rockets.

Isk is not EvE. As much as you having fun in what you do, you are ok.

PvP is exiting, dangerous, - you need to know your enemy otherwise you are fighting blind.

it has nothing to do with reshiping.

brawl combined with proper logistics cant be broken by range unless range has ewar but this can be also countered by anti ewar.

As everything in eve, this is situational, specialy for pvp.

if u consider complexes from Faction warfare, if a cruiser size fleet get into a medium complx and waits at entry point for a kite fleet, they will always win.... This scenario works also for gates in null (with/without bubbles).

    so again, its situational.

kite and brawl are both good styles.

I have no problems brawling in fleets, with logistics. even less so. My comment was about solo/micro gank.

hmmm, ok... I didnt got what you meant to say then... my bad.
