Nothing is impenetrable … although they do try to prevent it. This type of attack to my knowledge, wouldnt target the launchers… but rather the servers themselves. ---

The launcher has nothing to do with DDOS or anything of the ilk. The launcher is part advertising tool, part account manager. It stores your username and password (or perhaps just a token) and generates another login token to be used when logging in. So that way your credentials are not sent to the server (but eh, they are still sent to the SSO server so I am not sure how that’s all that much different)… Anyhow. Anything that they do to the software on YOUR computer will have NO IMPACT on how they can stop DDOS from reaching their servers. ---

It just takes time for the data streams to catch up and everyone be collecting new data! After the couple files I dld, it worked first go. cheers! Whoever attacked CCP, you are a dick, I hope you get assburgers or something… EDIt closed socket… lol ---

I hit log inn from launcher, so i get log in screen, so i chose one of my characters and after few moments of black screen i get Connection Lost ( The socket was closed ) . ☹ ---
