Under the law, its not flawed. One aspect being bugged does not entitle you to compensation when 999,999,999 other aspects work fine. ---

Oh I would have loved to, but you see part of my gage play style involves talking to people. Especially as I fly in an open community anyone can join, and well our chat channel(s) were all down because CCP broke the chat chat system. Kind of makes it hard to talk to people and organise in-game activities. ~~That is unless @Mark_Resurrectus knows something about DSCAN functionality I don’t.~~ _Edit: finally got a reasonable answer from Mark, albeit in another venue. tldr; frustration at the situation has been relayed, that is the best he can do as CSM_ - a very reasonable reply. Shame it required some mild flogging to get. But thank you none the less. ---

I get what your saying, though note air FRESHNER not air CONDITIONER I have no objection to CCP giving out whatever they want but if its the equivelant of a 39p Pine Scented Little Tree, Id still think it generous. ---

When a business fucks up and provides subpar service that leaves a bad taste in the mouths of dozens, hundreds or thousands of their customers doing something to compensate them for it so they will continue to be a customer is generally the standard. This is especially true when it happens in a way where the customer is affected through no fault of their own. What country are you in where that is not the case?
