There was another thread (or was it earlier in this one, i dont recall) where a mod or ISD or something (some form of authority…lol) said to send in a ticket, and there might be a possibility of reimbursement of lost time, etc. Which, in short… means that most of us, that do not complain, are screwed and get nothing… i guess CCP wants to get out of this as cheaply as they possibly can 🙂 ---

Appreciated, but can we get a post to expect some reimbursement for this time period. Otherwise your already overloaded support is going to be in ticket hell for the forseeable future. ---

It’s region dependent and some people are able to stay on while others can’t connect or get DCed constantly. Hitting the DNS site doesn’t hammer the server itself, rather prevents and disconnects connections. ---

I would recommend to hold off with sending requests for reimbursement of the lost time to customer support until things clear up a bit. ---

Since Eve Korea opened up…the amount of trouble with local/chat channels/ connectivity has increased massively. Also might be becaue of reporting the chinese bots from Fraternity ---

I can’t even get through the login screen on the launcher without returning an “ERR\_CONNECTION\_RESET” or a “Message”:“An error has occurred.”}".
