Question: do I have to prove all my Characters to get the tickets or just one? And does that get saved on the site or does it reset every round And what is the reason for that? Are there really bots? Either you can use Eve mobile app that allows to get tickets for all characters quite fast or you need to launch the client for every alt once. No way to bot here I think ---

Answer: You have to prove every character you sending a ticket/evemail from. It does reset every round. Bot, app, script, call it what you want. ESI makes it too simple to send mass mails automatically within a few minutes. That leads to the problem that the majority of tickets came from a few persons, who did sent every two weeks hundreds of evemails/tickets, giving them an unfair advantage against people who don’t own hundreds of alts or such a script/app/whatever. That greediness goes against the spirit of The BIG Lottery, especially now where it’s a free giveaway. - We like fair chances for everyone. Therefore the implementation of this manual verification system. ---
