Unfortunately you can no longer transfer with Plex. They no longer offer that option > [@Character Transfers for PLEX](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/character-transfers-for-plex/222286): > > Customer support will no longer be able to provide manual character transfers for PLEX. Automated character transfers are still possible through the account service linked below: [https://secure.eveonline.com/TransferCharacter.aspx](https://secure.eveonline.com/TransferCharacter.aspx) ---

The character for sales is not the seller, therefore, this thread has been closed as per the [Character Bazaar](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/welcome-to-the-character-bazaar/71) rules. As mentioned by another capsuleer, Plex cannot be used to cover the transfer fee and the seller is responsibile for paying CCP the character transfer fee. > Before posting, please be aware that any sales threads posted by characters that are not the character being sold will be locked and/or deleted. > > Proof of ownership of the character comes in the form of the character that is being sold making the sales thread in which people can bid for it.
