Social engineering is part of the game. Stop being a baby. The guy has been rightfully banned. Comparing his situation to anothers is pointless because CCP can enforce the rules in any way they want. ---

well they didnt lose money they lost in game assets and the theft is done through alliance and corp mechanics not by getting passwords the game is designed to allow this kind of theft to happen ---

A person (in this case GigX) is responsible for his own actions. Mister X should have thought first before he made his threat. And if he cannot control his temper, he should follow anger management course. The uela is clear about what he did. And just the fact that he is a “content creator” should give him a reason to do what ever he wants??? If anything he should be happy no 1 reports him to the authorities. Because i am pretty sure, that in some country’s, its against the law what he did. ---

Player freedom works both ways, just because you don’t like the way the game is played by some people doesn’t make it “wrong”. Its when spacepixels bleed into real life threats of involuntary amputation that ■■■■ crosses the line. ---

The Judge was voted to Support the Community and as a Speaker of the Community. What did he do? The Judge was payed on a RL bbq to start some kind of InGame ■■■■. First point. Also he Streamed a Chat to “Bait” a players aggression and to offend him. Second point. gigX reaction is a normal reaction from someone who got ■■■■■■ up a work over 10 years. And The Judge know how he reacts… And Streamed it. He streamed a Chat without someone knowing. I dont know how it is in your Country but here in Germany its not allowed to Stream such thing without a permission. So that is the Third Point. The Mittani got your Fanfast as a Broadcast option to alot of ppl… For what? To encourage a whole playercommuniyt hit someones face and try that he just do a suicide. Also that is a hard crime act here in germany. And as CCP didnt stop that, this is also a crime. So if someone get a permaban for a “human” reaction (and i bet everyone of you in CCP did the same to a ex-girlfriend) we also have 2 other People to get a Permban. Also The Judge is not longer a trustable player (because of RMT on a CCP BBQ) he should be removed from CCP. @CCP_Falcon ---

I seriously hope for the love of everything that you don’t actually believe that everyone else in a situation of anger would ask for his opponents private adress, followed by the threat of an IRL meeting with hands being cut off. Get a grip on reality! This was a punishable criminal offense in I think any country of the world, downplaying it won’t work. ---

If it happened 5 years ago or 5 months ago it doesn’t matter. It’s the consistency of CCP that is in question here and how they apply the EULA rules to someone who hasn’t got a CSM tank. ---

A betrayal of trust at this level will cause strong emotion and allowances should be made for this. You don’t permaban someone for being human. Unacceptable things were said and there need to be consequences but, unless there is a pattern of behavior that indicates a strong likelihood of re-offending, I believe a lesser punishment - perhaps a 30 day ban is sufficient. People do learn from their mistakes. ---

Yeah if Gigx hadn’t been banned before for threatening and harassing people, and if he didn’t continue to make harassing threatening comments after he got banned, maybe you’d have a point. ---
