There’s _always_ bigger issue of something or the other to tackle. But I’d say our leaders and their cohorts dangling a Sword of Damocles over our loved ones heads saying “do this, don’t question us or they get it” is hell of a big issue to tackle. Is such a Republic even worth defending, I’m asking.

Well, yes, trillions of people are innocent of their leaders ineptitude and rule of fear, _they_ are worth defending, but they could help us out a little, start questioning things too.
