# About the compatibility of Chinese input method after game login

Hello, Developer:  
I’m a Chinese player. I had a problem with EVE that had been bothering me for a long time.  
My PC system is a patch for the latest version of win11 64bit.  
I need to use text to communicate a lot, but our input method doesn’t seem to be compatible with games.  
When the Chinese input method is re-entered, it will have a row of candidate words. I can choose the right words from it.  
But in the game, it doesn’t come up with candidates after I type the letters.  
I can take a screenshot.  
The part circled in red in the picture is the candidate word. It doesn’t appear in the game. It bothers me.  
The Chinese input method I use is wechat input method. I have tried many Chinese input methods. Can’t solve the problem.

I have wondered how Chinese players type characters.

So if I understand correctly you type with Latin characters and then use an app to turn your words into Chinese characters. Can you do this out of the game and then copy-paste these characters into EVE?

That could help.

Or ask other Chinese players how they type in the game, you are not the only one!
