Forget the sneaky is there a Forward Operating Base in my system today and just add a F.O.B. to every system. High - Low and Null. When players log in they will have to clear the F.O.B. from the system or deal with it. Why do you always have to look over your shoulder like someone is trying to stick it up your asteroid belt? ---

Few more ideas like this and CCP will offer you a full time job! If we have F.O.B. in every system, it will clearly make players less _overwhelmed_. ---
