It’s mainly a driver update for The Witcher 3 Remastered however seems to have fixed the dx12 crashing issue on my 9070XT as well.

Unfortunately I am having the same issue, The latest update I see from 8/20 I believe still causes me to black screen and Eve to run, but with the inability to select anything so I end up having to force shut it down still.
