I am contacting you because I am using Eve Portal to track my characters and lately the app is not willing to show up when I click on a notification or try to open it from the icon app.
I have a Galaxy S20 Ultra 250Go
While willing to check the app on Google store I stumbled on the following statement that I translate in english:
“This app is not available on your device as it has been designed for an Android older version”
You will find in attachment (in french but easily understanble I believe)
- 2 pictures with my phone settings
- 1 picture from Google Store with the corresponding statement
Any help/relevant comment from CCP Portal team would be greatly appreciated
