You cant fix stupid. Well, you can but it requires from one to think. And today…especially people from west…that is far and in between. You say I as a ganker choose time, place and target. AND THAT IS WRONG. Neither time nor target nor place is of my choosing. Otherwise I would just sit on station and steal loot from other gankers. The truth here is that victims are choosing everything.
