I’m afraid that’s all I’m authorized to disclose at this time. ---

Evacuations became harder, not impossible. There were wormholes to get in, and filaments to leave. I, for instance, did the leg work to raise my standings with the triglavian collective so that I could use the gate network so that I could keep our structures fueled, as well as evacuate anyone else who wanted to leave ---

This is the Paramount Executive of Stribog Clade. @DutchGunner has been leading extensive ARC fleets through Pochven where they helped clear the region of Drifter invaders. During these fleets they intentionally did not harm Triglavian entities. This is helpful to us and has not gone unnoticed. Despite what your EDENCOM allies may have stated we are not inhuman monsters. We’re just trying to survive under incredibly hostile conditions and these small gestures mean a lot to us. With that in mind I suggest a different approach. - We will collect refugees from each inhabited planet we control. - We will then place them in the Triangular Trading Tower in Wirashoda. - You may bring your fleet and collect them in a good faith trade. - If your forces require passage into Pochven we can arrange for that. With that being said… we’ve recently been informed that Electus Matari has shown aggression toward our allies the Malicious Mineral Hounds. If they are found to be in Pochven they will be immediately extirpated. We will not suffer incursions from hostile entities. ---

When a problem arises, if one wishes to solve it, removing obstacles is preferable to placing them. Placing the residents in a station allows ARC to verify the people, provide their own transportation, and leave. If any shooting happens to the transports under this condition it would look bad for the ones shooting. If the issue is transporting people from point A to point B, what are the main points of concern regarding this solution? ---

The alternative puts the entire workload on us. You just come and pick up the people, all conveniently congregated in one structure. It will have nearly no risk for your humanitarian mission. Your resistance to this and insistence on instead running the previously planned armed incursion only makes sense if you are being disingenuous about your objectives. We offer a safer plan, for you, for us and for those that wish to leave Pochven. ---

All sides can fight _ **whenever** _ the hell you want, why make a transport operation, one that involves _civilians_, a topic of so much resistance? Stribog said they are willing to pack everyone up just to be grabed and taken away. ARC want to get people out Lots of parties want to fight Organizing neatly everyone can have fun. I would love to open a Scope report saying “Antagonist Capsuleers rescue people instead of only killing them, working together to do it and then killing each other right after.” ---

Unfortunately, weapons fire just has a ring to it that words can’t match. Still, this is probably for the best, and I won’t oppose it. I won’t oppose a visit from EM though, it’ll be an acceptable way to get a combat fix. ---

If that situation happens, they will be given option to submit kidnapped people to proper authorities and they will be transferred to their respectful Empires. On refusal we will have to open fire and evacuate people with force. We already had a situation when pirates (specifically - Gurista pirates) have kidnapped civilians under pretense of evacuating them, and are still keeping them as hostages.
