Try writing to the ccp email address and link your ticket number (make sure the ticket is in english). ---

Good time, I played with this man for 5 years in a row, I never saw him use scripts or anything else, we constantly engaged in pvp with him and enjoyed the game. I can’t get past his ban and ask him to remove it, since he explained to me this is a bug in your game and not using a script. I want him to come back and we played with him further and got a fan from the game. It seems to me that the Russian-speaking GM are biased and in every possible way block the consideration of his case without admitting their guilt, that it is they who are to blame for the bath and their mistake.I am Ukrainian and this guy is Russian one of many who adequately relates to the war and understands all the hardness that is happening with us and does not support it, he is one of the few with whom I communicate.
