# Best ships and fittings for fighting "Trigs"

Any guidance on which ships and fittings are best for battling Trigs is greatly appreciated.

You’ll get heaps of possible answers.

If you’re facing a NPC fleet you’ll need omni damage resistance.

Against player Trig ships its kinetic and EM. Their turrets do Thermal and Explosive damage.

NPC Trig ships have all sort of damage resistance and damage depending on type.
