# Black screen on login and IF the character selection shows, black again after selection

Since this morning, with the new patch. Can’t play, all I get is a black screen for 20 minutes, then if I am lucky I get the character selection screen. Then I select a character it is back to black screen (with the spinner bottom left corner) for over 1 hours, So I just can’t play.
