There is no shortage of corporations in EVE Online. Most are built around short-term goals β€” quick content, temporary groups, or leadership that burns out after a few months. **RosCro Industries is not one of them.** We are building a long-term industrial corporation with structure, systems, and tools designed to scale β€” not just survive. * * * ## 🏭 What We Do RosCro Industries is an **industry-focused corporation** currently operating in highsec, with long-term ambitions toward nullsec. Our core activities: - Manufacturing (T1 β†’ T2 pipeline) - Mining & resource logistics - Exploration & wormhole opportunities - Market trading and optimization We are builders first β€” but not limited by it. * * * ## 🧠 What Makes Us Different We are not just a group of players. We are building an **ecosystem**. ### πŸ”§ Custom-Built Tools We run multiple in-house tools to support our members: - **Community Platform (NECM)** Recruitment, surveys, bulletins, and corp management β€” all integrated. - **Signature Mapping Tool** Internal wormhole/signature tracking system. - **Industry Intelligence App** Advanced analytics for: This means: πŸ‘‰ Better decisions πŸ‘‰ Less guesswork πŸ‘‰ Higher efficiency * * * ## 🌍 Timezone Focus We primarily recruit and operate in the **EU timezone (EVE Time evenings ~17:00–23:00)**. - Core activity window: EU evenings - Leadership and structure aligned to EU playtimes - English-speaking environment We still welcome players from other timezones, but our **primary activity, coordination, and growth focus is EU**. * * * ## πŸ“ Our Home - **System:** Ipref - **Station:** Ipref II - Moon 1 - CONCORD Assembly Plant - Close to trade hubs, with access to broader space * * * ## πŸ‘₯ Who We’re Looking For We’re building a strong foundation and are looking for: ### βœ… New Players - Interested in industry, mining, or learning the game - Willing to engage and grow ### βœ… Experienced Players - Industrialists, traders, logisticians - Players who enjoy structure and long-term progression - People who want to help shape something, not just join it ### ❌ Not a Fit If You: - Want instant content 24/7 - Prefer chaos over structure - Aren’t interested in contributing long-term * * * ## 🧭 Our Philosophy - Real life comes first - Small, strong core \> large inactive group - Systems and structure beat improvisation - Long-term growth \> short-term gains * * * ## πŸ”— How to Join 1. Join our in-game public channel: **roscro-pub** 2. Visit: [https://roscro.eu](https://roscro.eu/) 3. Submit an application via our platform 4. Authenticate with Discord (required for full access) * * * ## πŸ“’ Final Note We are early β€” intentionally. This is your chance to join a corporation where: - Systems are being built - Direction is clear - Your contribution actually matters If you want to be part of something that is **designed to last** , not just exist for a few months **RosCro Industries is recruiting.** ---
