Much like the days of Incarna, when they changed out all the icons to unrecognizable junk and were driving video cards to burn themselves out.

At first due to this:

“Further adjustments will be made as necessary, but for now, any open feedback and discussions from the community are welcome as usual, so feel free to head on over to the discussion thread on the EVE Online Forums to take part”

Later CCP support handling my requests to have margin trading SP extracted back from all my trader alts also recommended interacting with Dev team here as apparently CCP teams do not talk to each other.

Yeah, the fraction of total orders that actually sell ?

Or that you distorted what they said in order to make it fit your narrative.

And that’s just BS. You ignore the limit in active orders.

But they also create no broker fees and depend on other (broker fee including) orders to exist, including them to rectify broker fee increases would be stupidity or ill will.

Because alts are not a thing in this game. Dude, keep talking, you just proved yourself so ignorant on many topics today.

This right here is 100% my thought. I trade as well as acquire parts for building t2 modules, so being unable to to alter prices at least once in a while has me concerned about how that is going to work. I know people I can deal with to buy parts from, but they also acquire some of the materials for those parts on the market the same way, which causes the same problem twice for the same end product.

Really it has me thinking more seriously at ganking for profit, which may make you happy XD.

1. You can still change prices after setting the order, you’re just gonna get hit with relist fees if you do it too much.

2. the point of this is to encourage people to put in smarter orders, which means you just need to use your brain and price your orders at a competitive price, no more “I’m just gonna 0.01 isk the order to maximize profits!”

This is the thing. Everyone is so used to trying to squeeze out every possible margin with the mindless 0.01 isking, that people literally cannot rub two braincells together in order to figure out what to do now. Use your brains people. Price your ■■■■ (both sell / buy orders) at a smarter price point.

You want to be higher up on the market and buy everything? Tough ■■■■, it’s not as easy for you anymore. Commit the isk and set a price point that reflects how much you actually want those buy orders filled.

One after the other. As in the bot creates a new one when the old one has been filled. Takes one slot exactly.

You make the point you can change them by pointing out why people wont be changing them. Competition is the core of any market, thus the intelligent pricing is based on that competition. Ease isn’t even a factor, and a set it and forget it attitude at any price is the opposite of applying brains, where moving with the economy and taking advantage of those movements is.

If you had paid any attention you would see the person I was agreeing with has already pointed out that .01isking is not the point, and neither of us were advocating for it. If you are going to whine about other peoples points, at least read them so you can whine about the right thing.

I agree those changes will benefit much , but I’m not certain about the direct effects. Do prices tend to go up or down with such changes? Do sell and buy orders be affected at the same level or will be some diff between them?

What’s “intelligent” of mindlessly raising/lowering your price by 0.01 isk every 5 minutes?

Look, kid. I know you’re trying this weird pseudo-intellectual approach to try and explain why this change is bad. You’re complaining about crap like “unable to change price” (which is most commonly done by 0.01isking, dear) with some strange tie-in with “real life markets” as if that somehow makes you feel smarter.

The crap you’re complaining about **IS** the heavy punishment against 0.01isk. I don’t care if you want to phrase is as “competition” or “intelligent pricing”. The fact is that at the end of the day, you are still adjusting your orders by 0.01 isk. That specific practice is now being kneecapped. I’m telling you that instead of adjusting your orders (by 0.01 isk) repeatedly in order to be “competitive” just set your price at a point that is acceptable to you.

Keep trying to use different words and phrases, at the end of the day, you’re still whining about adjusting orders by 0.01isk.

</div>

You forget that only the lowest sell and highest buy order will ever get filled. What price is acceptable to you, the market don’t care, you won’t get a single trade if you are not fulfilling this rule.

<div class="post-metadata">

**Author:** ![Val\_Kaleth](https://sea1.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/user_avatar/forums.eveonline.com/val_kaleth/32/187364_2.png) [@Val\_Kaleth](https://forums.eveonline.com/u/Val_Kaleth)\

</div>

Trying to force other peoples statements to be what you want to whine about does not really accomplish anything, except to give you more to whine about and show everyone that “kid” is your favorite word.

Try being constructive and pay attention to what people are really trying to say, you would get a lot farther.
