# C5 Oruz site didn't spawn drifter / cap escalation when cap was warped to

Was running C5 sites, and last one (oruze osobynk), warped nag to bm, no cap escalation. Then when site was completed, DTA spawn, but no drifter spawn when triggered. Not sure if its a bug.
