## Eleventh Thesis [ELEVE] **Nonni, Lonetrek (Caldari high-sec, 5 jumps from Jita) · Founded YC128** Most corps ask you to work for the corp. We are trying the reverse: the corp belongs to whoever does the work, and the books are public so you can check that it does. * * * ### The deal 1. **Contribute.** Bring P1/P2 planetary goods, high-sec ore or minerals to Nonni VI and hand them over by item-exchange contract to the corp. That contract is your record. 2. **Earn shares.** Every contribution earns **1 share per 10M ISK** of value, at Jita buy on the day of delivery. 3. **Get paid when it sells.** The corp hauls to Jita and sells. You receive **90% of the net sale price**. The 10% the corp keeps is its entire margin. No hauling to Jita yourself. 4. **Share the surplus.** Each month the surplus is split **40% reserve · 20% reinvestment · 40% dividends**. Dividends go only to shares earned by contributing. 5. **Check everything.** The ledger is a public Git repository; every contribution, sale and payout is a commit: **[https://eleve.spaceship-moon.com](https://eleve.spaceship-moon.com)** ### What the founders don’t get - The 1,000 founding shares carry **votes but no dividends**. - The founder’s starting capital is an **interest-free loan** that earns no shares and no dividends, repaid only from the reserve. - When the founders produce goods themselves, they are paid under exactly the same rules as everyone else: for the work, not for owning the means. - The founders hold a voting majority only for the founding period, which ends at **ten active non-founder members or 29 March 2027** , whichever comes first. Then founding shares are distributed to members in proportion to their earned shares, and the members vote on the constitution. ### Where we are, honestly - We are new: three founding characters and one complete cycle so far. On 5 October, 1,880 Fertilizer was contributed, sold in Jita and paid out. All of it is in the ledger. - **No dividend has been paid yet.** The first one comes from the first month with a surplus, with a published statement either way. - We pay **on sale, not on delivery** , because we won’t promise cash we don’t have. Payment on delivery starts once the corp holds **500M ISK** in liquidity, and the ledger shows how far off that is. - Two constitutional amendments are open for comment until 13 October. Members can weigh in. ### Who we’re looking for - **PI pilots.** Our Fertilizer chain needs **Proteins and Bacteria** more than anything. Any P1/P2 is welcome. - **Miners** in Caldari high-sec and low-sec. - **Haulers and scouts** for the Okagaiken – Nonni – Jita run. - **New and returning players.** We’ll help with PI setups and hauling fits. ### Terms - **0% corp tax** - **Not war-eligible.** We own no structures, and anchoring one needs the members’ consent. - **14-day probation.** You can contribute from day one; contributions are recorded immediately and the shares are issued when probation ends. - No corp roles needed to contribute.
