I raised [similar concerns some time ago](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/legal-demand-for-concord-investigation-into-paragons-iris-technology/385314), as the announced nature of IRIS sounded rather suspicious to me.

The paperwork went nowhere in my case, probably because the DED holds a grudge over the Meme Worm Incident.

If your case goes anywhere, I would be surprised, and enraged.
