No, maybe because I wasn’t playing on the 2nd, as I wasn’t subbed (pretty sure I mentioned when I subbed I had, what I thought was 16/16 days). Not going to argue anymore. Pretty sure that it is obvious that the way this “event” was presented was ambiguous enough, especially for a noob that it doesn’t meet the standard of customer service. Is that the best you could come up with? Seriously, you need to go join Foggy under the bridge - its amateur hour. DT to DT whatever; it says pretty clearly “We’re super happy to announce that from May 2nd through to May 20th”. Well, today is STILL the 20th in Denver and I’m not able to get the reward… We’re not talking about a box of ammo here; this was for 1 million sp. I hope CCP decides to do the right thing here. ---
