# Cannot subscribe - Digital ID and QR-code issue

I tried to get back to eve after a long break but I cannot make it past the payment boss…

I live in scandinavia and is forced to use digital-ID verification when using my mastercard. However the QR-code isn’t fully visible in the window. The lowest few mm are not shown in the small window. I have tried minimizing the text-size in the browser, using multiple different browsers, F11 to go fullscreen, scrolling/page down doesn’t help either.

Are there any way around this?

How about using a different payment method like Paypal?

Or you could try to buy with your Mastercard at an official EVE reseller. Markee Dragon seems to accept it.

If you want/need it solved for the FC store then there is no other way than to do a support ticket.

Paypal opened up in a seperate browser window and I could see the entire QR-code. Apreciate the help although I should´ve thought of it myself! Haha… Thanks again and have a good one! o7
