I can confirm that PvP was just removed from Highsec. It happened about 5 minutes ago in Uedama, we landed on a freighter and tried to shoot it, but all that happened was a bunch of fireworks and there were some balloons. 🎈 🎆 🎈 ---

It’s a natural consequence. PVP players like to PVP. If PVP players have more ISK available to them, then it’s highly likely that they are going to spend more ISK on PVP. There is absolutely nothing controversial about that statement.
