one spawn of 3 concord will appear at the site of the attack for each ganker that shoots at the same time, they sit in that spot untill downtime or they are moved away by pulling or another gank. they wont follow you if you are in a pod . ---

What this means is that the response times are within the expected range based on deliberate programming. That you can gain a little extra time this way is a feature, and not a bug, and so using that feature is not an exploit. Even though this seems to be what the author of the reddit post means, it does seem at odds with what we’ve seen posted by GM Icecream, and so we’re left wondering whether CCP thinks it’s a bug, a feature, or if there’s a wheel they spin every time to decide which interpretation to use on a case by case basis. ---
