I can’t launched my game. Something about certificate error. Came a popup window telling me “The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found [http://binaries.eveonline.com/evelauncher\_win\_release.json](http://binaries.eveonline.com/evelauncher_win_release.json)” Reinstalling the game still give me the same issue. ---

I’m having this same issue. I also reinstalled the game and still nothing ---

@Asura_Kai and @Xochitl_Balam: Please send us support tickets with screenshots and launcher logs. Do you also get an error in the launcher on [cis.eveonline.com/EVE/agreements/](http://cis.eveonline.com/EVE/agreements/) or have you got such an error in the past on your computers? Please include the output of [https://eveonline.com/cdn-cgi/trace](https://eveonline.com/cdn-cgi/trace) in your support request (just open this URL in your browser). ---
