Hi everyone, Back in July we announced the [Champions of the Abyss](https://www.eveonline.com/article/qdkvcx/champions-of-the-abyss) - a quadrant-long contest with some cool prizes for whoever racked up the most victories in the Proving Grounds events that were taking place over the Zenith quadrant. With only two Proving Grounds events remaining in the quadrant I figured I’d add up all the results from [this thread](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/proving-grounds-event-final-leaderboards/255203/) to give an update on the current status of the contest. With Cable Uta at the top (who is likely just loving the salt we are all providing) this list is bogus. I can’t believe someone who openly cheats the rules will be getting rewarded AND recognized by CCP. ---
