Having the same kind of issues, also loading errors (Says it’s DT, but it isn’t), no notifications since a few weeks now.

I can confirm that we are receiving an increased incidence of “Error 500” responses. Our Portal team is aware and currently in the process of diagnosing the issue and putting out a series of fixes. As such you may experience intermittent usability issues.

Still have the same issue one character have old data and incorrect information.
