I had a bad customer experience with CCP many years ago. I too, stopped paying them, for what was monetarily insignificant in the grand scheme of things. The principle mattered.

I’m trying to get across that sometimes you’re willing to deal with the trepasses of others to get a little something from them. That doesn’t mean you will immediately cut off all contact with them.
