AG shows up to assist. 3 medium T2, 1 large T2, and 1 large ancillary remote shield booster. Very cheap fits, easy to fly. Guess how many people you need to stop the gank? 8 people. Thats it. And this is assuming that everyone starts firing at the same time, which they didnt. And that everyone launches drones at the same time and attacks, which they didnt. And generously ignoring a huge chunk of resists. For simplicities sake, weve calculated 8. Its completely doable with 7. So yes. The only way that they can fire at the same time if you are talking about multi-boxers is if they are cheating with input control, but the one I checked from a corp mate that got ganked in a JF in Jita on the Perimeter gate was obviously not input broadcasting.
