Every current user account was the 25th being spammed with yesteryears news (see [The Move to Python 3 Begins! - #17 by Laubrani](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/the-move-to-python-3-begins/517035/17) ) from: [eveonline@account.fenris.com](mailto:eveonline@account.fenris.com) Every current user account again gets spammed the 26th, with information that CCP is again further breaking the GUI, making it more flashy, harder to read info, especially as fast as you need in combat, wasting more screenspace, removing functionality etc (see [HUD Feedback Thread! - #4 by Dyver\_Phycad](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/hud-feedback-thread/517102/4) where a player wastes their time actually explaining some of this to CCP, CCP knows what the player needs, the old 2015 HUD back and they still haven’t listened to feedback on that issue) from: [eveonline@account.fenris.com](mailto:eveonline@account.fenris.com) Currently: Create a new account, need to confirm e-mail send from: [eveonline@news.ccpgames.com](mailto:eveonline@news.ccpgames.com) Receive a welcome to the game e-mail from: [eveonline@news.ccpgames.com](mailto:eveonline@news.ccpgames.com) Confirmation codes to log in accounts are received from: [eveonline@news.ccpgames.com](mailto:eveonline@news.ccpgames.com) It is unfathomable how amateurish CCP\* are satisfied to make themselves appear. Not even able to create a few e-mail addresses with sensible names. I get that the company is a complete failure that got handed off at 100 million dollars loss from the previous idiots stupid enough to invest in it, and absolutely desperate etc. But the reason you all are a failure is your own bad decisions, including completely arrogant ignorance of feedback from your costumers and your marketing techniques, like this current spam filter bypassing “slow to set up our e-mails” spam. There was a time where CCP as an extremely admirable company, Eve Online was nearly mandatory to try play for UI designers in certain companies etc. But you all destroyed that. \*Yes yes, now calling themselves something else because they think that hides the many years of failing every project they ever touched, while breaking the one successful project (Eve Online), original staff made before they were all replaced. Call a shovel for a shovel. ---

What exactly is the issue? I see you complain that FC has made a new email address with their new company name, and that you also complain they haven’t immediately changed everything like some of their old email addresses. This to me sounds like an unreasonable expectation, such things like a name change in all these different places takes time and doesn’t seem to me to be high priority. More importantly I get the impression the main reason you are mad is that these new mails bypass the spam filter you have set up in the past. My recommendation: **Just add the new address to your filter too.** Done! ---

I have nothing against good criticism, I have shared a lot of my own feedback where I definitely do not always agree with how the game is made. Defending the game was not my intention here. Instead I just wanted to point out the poinlessness of this angry thread, which only appears to be made because you got mad you needed to adjust your spam filter. Why not just do that, and spare us the rant? ---

I really have not checked what info comes from where, but i suspect you want to filter out “news” while retaining anything that comes with “account” info…which you can’t, if suddenly news comes from the account email address… But this goes against the history of what i see in my inbox anyway…anything related to your account came from the “news” email…email verification…2FA codes…together with the news. So really nothing new…it was not separated before and i guess it will not be separated after and all will switch to the account email address. So just add a second filter an be done as Gerard points out. But why would you do this in the first place? Don’t you need to get your 2FA and other important account information? In the promotional emails there is an unsubscribe link…maybe use it if you don’t want to further receive the infomails that you regard as spam? ---

Well i think then i am still not understanding the complaint besides that FC is in the process of transitioning their emails then…i see no effect on you?
