Do you want them to get it right the “first” time, or to launch with problems, causing them to take the servers down right when your fighting an NPC dread, have it hull, and the server suddenly shuts down? ---

Is it normal that when I try to play the game the client doesn’t launch at all? I’m pretty sure it should be that I can open up the client but not play the game. ---

Not when its linked to VIP mode, the client is unable to launch at all.
