it could be the management changed it at a point and haven’t changed back, Kor-Azor and Genesis remain the same 1% as always

Tax relief was designed to do one thing, end the war against goons.

Goons won the war the way in which they’ve won every major war. By flooding their ranks with subscription paying F1 monkeys. Then leveraging CCP to make game changes to their direct benefit by encouraging their line to desub until CCP gives them what they want.

Mittens won the meta game & it seems Villy was completely unprepared for this.
