My main problems seem to have started a few months ago but I know a few others haven’t been able to log in that entire time even using dx9 mode which I am now forced to use again. CCP I don’t know what you’ve been doing but it seems to me the problem is getting worse. ---

Customer service does nothing the e-mail address’s are not functioning,now u can submit a ticket,but e-mail for support is a no go. ---

I have White screen in louncher window and obviosly cant select the account I cant login in web-louncher. ---

Valaraukar Okama I had the same problem. Try this [EVE launcher login window not displaying correctly](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/eve-launcher-login-window-not-displaying-correctly/3590) It says that you will have to re-add your characters, however I found if I didn’t delete the folder ‘QtWebEngine’ it fixed the problem and I didn’t have to re-add my accounts. Also instead of deleting folders, I find it is better to rename the folders so you can put them back if it doesn’t help. ---
