# Connectivity issues on 28 July

Valaraukar Okama I had the same problem. Try this [EVE launcher login window not displaying correctly](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/eve-launcher-login-window-not-displaying-correctly/3590)

It says that you will have to re-add your characters, however I found if I didn’t delete the folder ‘QtWebEngine’ it fixed the problem and I didn’t have to re-add my accounts.

Also instead of deleting folders, I find it is better to rename the folders so you can put them back if it doesn’t help.
