Better learn that lesson in EVE by losing a Mackinaw instead of in real life by losing your life savings, don’t you think? I know you think you’re doing the lord’s work, but I can guarantee that you’ve saved at least a _few_ players over the course of your EVE career from experiencing their one and only loss, who then went on to lose more elsewhere because they missed out on an important lesson. ---

Exactly, you can tell by the people that usually get scammed that they are way too trusting. So the guy got jumped around 150 star gates, bought an empty container, and then bought ANOTHER empty container? I’m almost speechless. How has this poor dude not been swindled out of his PC? Someone please tell him to never wire money through Western Union to a “store” in Algeria or send the “IRS” the numbers on a scratched off Apple giftcard to pay his taxes. ---
