I don’t care. Look, I’m not even saying that the EULA isn’t enforceable and that you’re not right. I’m saying it is _possibly_ more complicated than the simple answer. But then I get this, so the discussion is pretty much over. Nothing is worth this. Bye. ---

Yeah, the Company may be located in Iceland but they do business in other countries, they have to abide by the laws for each of those countries to be allowed to conduct business. If they were charged with something and summoned to appear in a court in one of those countries, I highly doubt the proceedings would be held in Iceland. ---

So… you haven’t heard - at any point in the last decade or so - about how online companies like Google / Amazon and even “offline” companies like Starbucks register in America and use that to avoid taxes in every single other country they operate in cos “we are not based in that country so we use the laws of the country we are based in”? You may well be one of the last dozen or so people on the planet to not be aware of this. ---
