I understand business decision making and the need for growth. Personally, 2006 onward with all my accounts and my own investments beyond monthly game costs, I too have invested a great deal into Eve itself and so CCP. Great Time and this will probably be one of the games I invested in the most in my 30 active gaming years overall. I understand you donā€™t sell a company (Whole or in Part) or bring in ā€œinvestorsā€ when its doing great all by itself. As Ultima Online did and many others over the years, you do this when they game no longer brings in the expected or projected income and RL corporation hopes to offset itā€™s time in its continued growth and development. From a business point of view this was inevitable and makes sense to stock and share holders and so on. From a personal view my first words spoken on this when i saw the title of this article was to myself, ā€œWell, you knew it would not last forever.ā€ No matter how much fluff is spoken regarding a change like this., no matter the positive spin placed on the ā€œgood thingsā€ that will and could come of it, the gaming community understands and it kills me to know that Eve player count will die off. How fast no one knows. There are those who threaten and never do anything, those who stomp their feet but still never do anything. But their are those who will genuinely bow out and take their leave of this beloved game. Iā€™m paid on all my accounts until Christmas 2018. My personal Eve world will now take a wait and see approach as i imagine so many will, which in itself will be a hard hit to the game universe. As with everyone I am sure the hope is this will breath new life into the Eve Culture and universe. But there are also those who will see without the full leadership of CCP (The Creators) the Eve Universe will change in ways that will bother the heart of its player community. Who knows? Eve may take off with a new generation of players who had no idea what Eve was to the current generation of Eve Community and so, gets a fresh start. Which may be a goal as well. (Variables we will never know.) I do wish you the best of luck in your ā€œInvestor Goalsā€ I truly doā€¦ and i understand. Eve Online has provided me and will continue, i hope, to provide a few more great experiences until December of 2018. As far as investing ahead again at that time, i honestly canā€™t answer as i donā€™t know. Thank you for all the years CCP you have provided and game development that you worked hard years to create and I worked years to enjoy. Best Wishes as i do not envy the goal of seeking new generation of players while trying to maintain a current base at the heart of this creation. Thunder ---

That would be generating 200mil in 6-24 months, which would be equal to doubling the companies value in that period, in revenue. Its not possible. 25mil is feasible. ---
