What you read up there is Tl.dr version of the encyclopedia. That post is a wake up call for CCP see some of their mistakes and how much up against well researched facts …and how to change ---

This is the condensed version . I have pick some important and less emberassing examples of their mistakes…i have pan them on researchs and i give some simple sugestions for those. Thats all ---
