I completed 8th objective from Industrial Career agent, now he offers me 9th, but I never got Nereus in my ship hangar. Is it normal? Will it be delivered once I train some necessary skills? ---

You will receive a Nereus (or other fast industrial if you’re not using Gallente career agents) for 2 career missions: Business mission 10 (Balancing the books) and Industry mission 10 (Making mountains of molehills). Run the Exploration arc before completing the Industry arc - the reward for the second exploration mission is the ship you’re asked to build in the 10th industry mission. Good luck! ---
